Where are you located?

We are located in Yukon, Oklahoma.

If I buy an Aesthetic Pro and live locally, do I have to pay for shipping?

No. You can contact us, and we could do a local sale.  We can then arrange a time for you to pick up the chair from us.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not.

How do I track my order?

When you place an order, you will provide an email address.  Once the order is finalized you should receive a confirmation email along with tracking email.  If you do not receive these emails, please contact us at aesheticprousa@outlook.com.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes!  We know you will love your chair. But we know things happen.  If you need to return it, contact us first, make sure it's in its original packaging, original condition and within 30 days of purchase.  You can read the full return policy at the bottom of any page on this website under QUICK LINKS - return policy.

 

AESTHETIC PRO CHAIR FAQs

Does the chest pad get in the way?

Not at all. The chest pad is helpful to support your neck and chest while you do the tedious work of lashes.  This allows your arms and hands to move around your works space.

What is the weight limit?

The chair has been tested up to 400lbs.

Do the wheels lock?

The wheels that come with the chair do not lock, but if you would like wheels that lock, we can add locking wheels for no additional cost.

Will I need to adjust my bed?

It depends.  Everyone is different.  You might have to adjust your bed height to fit what is best for you, and how close or far you like to be to your client.

Does the Aesthetic Pro fold up?

Yes!  The Aesthetic Pro folds up flat for easy storage and easy transport in your trunk or backseat.
